For custom software development, AI integration, and cloud migration projects:
Consulting hours and advisory services are non-refundable once the session has been conducted or scheduled within 48 hours.
For ongoing maintenance, support, or subscription-based services, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused periods, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
